  4. Take your supplements and have a balanced diet.
  5. Keep constant and honest communication with your mate/the other parent. It alleviates added stress.
  6. Take good care of your hair and scalp. Postpartum shedding is seriously a thing.
  7. Have a To Do List you can check off to make sure you don’t forget to tend to important matters.
  8. Set up auto bill pay
  9. Decide what you’re going to toss, keep or donate in your home so you can be organized. You may even be able to sell it and make a little pampering money.
  10. Put money away for maid service (cheap through Groupon) or ask a friend or family member for help tidying up the place. It helps to not feel overwhelmed when your home is clean and organized.
  11. If you usually get your hair or nails done, find a way to keep one or all up. It’ll make you feel good and maintain some normalcy amidst all of the changes.
